I was impressed by Dr. Poulakos after my initial consult. He has a calm demeanor and explains everything thoroughly. He answered all of my questions. He is open-minded and creative in his approach, while also being honest throughout. As a healthcare worker myself, I don’t settle for less than a doctor with a strong sense of passion and commitment to their patients. He is thoughtful and always makes himself available. He encourages questions, too, which is extremely important. It is clear that he wants to get to know his patients on a personal level. He also adds humor, which brings a lot of joy and relief when you aren’t feeling well. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He has been very patient with me and exactly what I hoped for.
